Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-11 Effective 11 September 2026 Privacy Policy →

The agreement between you and WorldLab Trading for your use of BlueFlow. It is a contract: read section 5 and section 20 in particular, because they decide what BlueFlow is responsible for and what it is not.

1. Who these terms are with

BlueFlow is operated by WorldLab Trading, Florinas Papakosta 3, 2326 Lakatamia, Cyprus, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus ("BlueFlow", "we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the BlueFlow mobile application and every service we provide through it.

You can reach us at support@blueflow.trade about anything in these terms.

In these terms, "you" means the person using BlueFlow, and "consumer" has the meaning given to it by the consumer protection law of the country you live in.

2. Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy when you create a BlueFlow account, and again each time you sign in. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account and do not use BlueFlow.

The version of these terms you agreed to is recorded against your account, together with the date. This version is 2026-09-11, effective 11 September 2026. Both documents ship inside the app, so the wording you agreed to is the wording in the build you agreed to it in, and you can read either of them at any time from the Account screen without a connection.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm you are authorised to bind them, and "you" means them as well as you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live. BlueFlow is a tool used to make decisions about real money, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.

You confirm that you are not a person to whom we are prohibited from providing the service — including anyone subject to sanctions administered by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, and anyone located in a territory subject to comprehensive sanctions.

You confirm that using BlueFlow does not breach any law, regulation, or rule that applies to you, including any rule imposed by an employer, a licensing body, or a market you participate in.

4. What BlueFlow is

BlueFlow reads an image of a price chart that you supply, and returns a structured technical description of what is visible in that image: a directional bias, market structure, momentum and volume readings, price levels, scenarios, and what would invalidate them.

It is a reading of a picture, and only of that picture.

  • It has no market data feed, no order book, no fundamentals, no news, and no connection to any exchange.
  • It does not know your positions, your balance, your broker, your other holdings, your income, your tax position, or your obligations to anyone.
  • It does not know whether the chart you sent is current, accurate, complete, or of the instrument you believe it is.
  • It cannot see anything a chart does not show, and most of what moves a price is not on the chart.

5. BlueFlow is not financial advice

BlueFlow does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing BlueFlow produces is a recommendation, a solicitation, an inducement, or an offer to buy, sell, hold, or deal in any financial instrument.

No output of BlueFlow is a personal recommendation within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) or the Cypriot law transposing it. Nothing BlueFlow produces is presented as suitable for you, and nothing is based on a consideration of your circumstances — because BlueFlow has none of your circumstances. The preferences you set in the app change which parts of a chart BlueFlow emphasises and the words it uses to describe them. They do not make its output advice, and they are not an assessment of suitability or appropriateness.

BlueFlow does not produce investment research or investment recommendations intended for distribution to the public or through distribution channels within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation). An analysis is generated for you, from an image you supplied, and is not disseminated by us to anyone else.

Every trading decision you make is yours alone. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction, and for obtaining independent, licensed, professional advice before you act.

6. We are not a regulated financial firm, and we are not your adviser

WorldLab Trading is not a broker, a dealer, an investment firm, an investment adviser, a financial adviser, a portfolio manager, a signal provider, or any other kind of regulated financial services firm.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, by any other national competent authority, or by any financial regulator anywhere. We do not hold client money or client assets, we do not receive or transmit orders, we do not execute orders, and we have no access to any account of yours.

Nothing in these terms and nothing in the app creates an advisory, fiduciary, agency, trust, partnership, or professional relationship between you and us. You are a customer of a software product, and nothing more.

You are not protected by any investor compensation scheme in respect of your use of BlueFlow, because no such scheme applies to it.

7. Risk warning

Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. With leveraged products, including CFDs, futures, margin, and perpetual contracts, you can lose more than you deposit and can owe money you never had.

Prices move for reasons no chart shows: earnings, policy, liquidity, settlement, regulation, outages, fraud, and events nobody has priced yet. Cryptoasset markets in particular may be unregulated where you are, may not protect you if a platform fails, and can move further and faster than the instruments most technical analysis was developed on.

Past performance and past patterns are not a reliable indicator of future results. Technical analysis is interpretation, not prediction. Two identical-looking charts are routinely followed by opposite outcomes, and no reading of a chart changes the odds of the next candle.

BlueFlow does not promise profit, does not predict price, and cannot make a losing strategy a winning one. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

8. BlueFlow’s output is generated by AI, and can be wrong

You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Every analysis BlueFlow returns is generated by a large language model supplied by a third party, from the image you uploaded. It is not written, reviewed, or checked by a person before you see it.

These models can misread an image, misidentify an instrument or a timeframe, state a price level that is not on the chart, invent a pattern, contradict themselves, or produce a confident answer that is simply wrong. This is a known and unresolved property of the technology, not a defect we have failed to notice.

We design against it. The app reports what it could not read rather than guessing, derives the strength score in our own code from the model’s individual factor readings rather than letting the model assert a score, and validates every response against a fixed schema before it is shown to you. None of that makes the output correct, and we do not warrant that any analysis is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose.

You must independently verify anything you intend to act on, against your own chart, on your own platform, before you act on it. Treat BlueFlow as a second opinion to be checked. Never treat it as a source of truth.

9. Your decisions are yours

You accept that you use BlueFlow entirely at your own risk, and that you alone decide whether to enter, exit, size, hedge, or hold any position.

You accept that we have no way of knowing whether a decision you made was sensible for you, and no way of stopping one that was not.

To the fullest extent the law allows, you accept the risk of loss arising from your own trading, whether or not you consulted BlueFlow first, and whether or not BlueFlow’s reading of a chart turned out to be wrong.

10. Your account

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

One account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it, rent it, or let anyone else use it. Tell us promptly at support@blueflow.trade if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deletion is permanent: it removes your profile, every analysis you have run, every chart you have uploaded, and every setup you were watching. There is no recovery.

11. Subscriptions and billing

BlueFlow includes a limited number of analyses each calendar month at no charge. A paid subscription removes that limit and unlocks the features described at the point of purchase.

BlueFlow subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores are the sellers for that transaction: they take the payment, they set and display the price in your currency including any tax, they issue the receipt, and they administer the subscription. We never see or handle your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You cancel through your Apple or Google account settings — not through us, and not by deleting the app, which does not cancel anything.

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows it are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

If a price changes, the store will tell you and, where the law requires it, will ask you to consent before the new price is charged. You can always cancel before a change takes effect.

12. Refunds and your right to withdraw

Because the store is the seller, refunds are requested from and decided by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase, and asking us will cost you time — go to the store directly.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content and digital services supplied immediately, that right can be lost once supply has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. Where the store is the seller, you exercise this right with the store.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you have as a consumer, including a right to a remedy where a digital service is not as described or is not of satisfactory quality.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following.

  • Use BlueFlow to break any law, regulation, or rule that applies to you.
  • Upload anything you do not have the right to upload, or anything unlawful, or anything containing another person’s personal data.
  • Present BlueFlow’s output to any other person as advice, as a recommendation, or as a signal — whether free or paid, and whether or not you say where it came from.
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or build a signal, advisory, or subscription service on top of the service or its output.
  • Use BlueFlow to provide a regulated financial service to anybody.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems, or circumvent any limit, paywall, or rate limit.
  • Scrape, spider, or otherwise extract the service by automated means, or use it other than through the app we provide.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models, prompts, or scoring methodology, or use the service or its output to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or place an unreasonable load on it.

14. Your content

The charts you upload remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and process them, and to transmit them to the model provider we use, strictly to provide the service to you and to keep your history available to you. We do not use your charts to train models, and we do not use them for any purpose other than producing and storing your analyses.

The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required by law to keep and copies in routine backups, which are deleted on their ordinary cycle.

You confirm you have the right to upload each chart you send, and that uploading it does not breach any agreement you have with your broker, your exchange, or your charting platform. Some platforms restrict what may be done with their charts and their data. That is between you and them, and it is your responsibility to check.

15. Feedback

If you send us an idea, a suggestion, or a bug report, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it in any way, with no obligation to you. Do not send us anything you want to keep or be paid for.

16. Our intellectual property

BlueFlow — its name, mark, interface, design, software, prompts, and scoring methodology — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own trading, and nothing more. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may use the analyses BlueFlow produces for you for your own purposes, including commercially, subject to section 13.

17. Third-party services

BlueFlow depends on third parties: a model provider, a database and authentication provider, a hosting provider, a subscription infrastructure provider, and the app stores. Their availability and their behaviour are outside our control, and an interruption or a change to any of them can interrupt or change BlueFlow. Our Privacy Policy names each of them.

Where you sign in with Apple or Google, your use of that sign-in is also governed by their terms. Where you buy through a store, your purchase is also governed by that store’s terms.

We are not responsible for any third-party service, website, broker, exchange, or platform, including any that BlueFlow links to or that you reach a chart through.

18. Availability and changes to BlueFlow

We provide BlueFlow on an "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it.

We may impose limits to protect the service, including on the number, size, or rate of analyses.

Where we discontinue a paid feature you are subscribed to, or make a change that materially reduces what your subscription provides, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel. Where the law requires it, you may be entitled to a refund of the unused part of your subscription period from the store that sold it.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that BlueFlow’s output is accurate, reliable, complete, or current, that it will meet your requirements, that it will be available when you need it, or that any particular result can be obtained from using it.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded — including, in the EU and the UK, rights in respect of digital content and digital services that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality. Nothing in this section affects those rights, and the exclusions above apply to you only so far as the law permits.

20. Limitation of liability

Read this section. It limits what you can recover from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, investment loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, however caused — whether the claim is in contract, in tort including negligence, under statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we knew such loss was possible.

This applies in particular, and without limitation, to any decision you make to enter, exit, size, hedge, or hold a position, whether or not you consulted BlueFlow beforehand and whether or not BlueFlow’s reading was wrong.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to BlueFlow in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for BlueFlow in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euro (EUR 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for any liability under Directive 85/374/EEC on liability for defective products, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability we have to you that the mandatory law of your country of residence does not allow us to exclude or limit, and the limits above apply only to the extent that law permits.

21. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldLab Trading, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of BlueFlow, your infringement of anyone’s rights, your provision of BlueFlow’s output to another person, or any trading decision you or anyone relying on you makes.

If you are a consumer, this section applies only where the loss was caused by your own breach or wrongdoing, and only so far as the law of your country of residence permits.

22. Suspension, termination, and survival

You may stop using BlueFlow and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where the reason allows it we will give you reasonable notice and, where you have a subscription and the termination is not for your breach, you may be entitled to a refund of the unused period from the store that sold it.

Termination does not end the sections that by their nature should survive it. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, and 32 survive.

23. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with BlueFlow, are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country you live in, as provided by Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the equivalent protections of UK law apply to you. If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

24. Complaints, and where a dispute is heard

Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at support@blueflow.trade with the detail of your complaint and give us thirty days to resolve it. We will acknowledge your complaint and give you a substantive response within that period. Most disputes end here, and this step costs you nothing.

If it is not resolved, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, and each party submits to them — except as stated below, and except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU or the EEA, this does not change your rights under Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast): you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of the country you live in as well as in Cyprus, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country you live in. The same applies to consumers in the United Kingdom under the equivalent UK rules.

You may also be able to take a dispute to an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution body in your own country. We are not obliged to use any particular ADR body, and we will tell you in our final response to a complaint whether we are willing to use one in your case.

25. If you live in the United States: arbitration and class action waiver

This section applies only if you are resident in the United States. It affects how disputes are resolved and it limits your rights. Read it.

You and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or to BlueFlow will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and may be conducted by document submission, by telephone, or by video, so you do not have to travel.

You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury, and waive the right to participate in a class action, a collective action, a consolidated action, or any representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court instead, if it qualifies. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, or from reporting anything to a government agency.

You may opt out of this section. Send an email to support@blueflow.trade with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", from the address on your account, within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else in these terms; if you opt out, disputes go to the courts identified in section 24.

If the class action waiver in this section is found unenforceable, this entire section 25 is void and the dispute goes to the courts identified in section 24. The rest of these terms are unaffected.

26. Time limit for bringing a claim

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or to BlueFlow must be brought within one year of the date on which the claim arose, and after that it is permanently barred.

If you are a consumer, this section does not shorten any limitation period that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.

27. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, including an act of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemic, industrial action, failure of a public network or utility, an outage or change at a third-party provider we depend on, a governmental or regulatory act, or a cyberattack.

28. Notices and electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically — in the app, or by email to the address on your account — and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Keep your email address current: a notice sent to the address on your account counts as received.

Notices to us must be sent to support@blueflow.trade and, where formal service is required, to WorldLab Trading at Florinas Papakosta 3, 2326 Lakatamia, Cyprus.

29. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us. They are not between you and Apple, and not between you and Google, and neither store is responsible for BlueFlow or its content.

Where you obtained BlueFlow from the Apple App Store, the following also applies.

  • Your licence to use BlueFlow is a non-transferable licence to use it on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for BlueFlow.
  • If BlueFlow fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to BlueFlow.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to BlueFlow, including product liability claims, any claim that BlueFlow fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and any claim under consumer protection or similar law.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that BlueFlow infringes that party’s intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, on your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

30. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use or export BlueFlow except as authorised by the law of Cyprus, the European Union, and any other law that applies to you. You confirm that you are not located in, and will not use BlueFlow from, a territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom dealing is prohibited.

31. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BlueFlow changes or as the law requires. The current version and its effective date always appear at the top of this document, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.

Where a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect, and you will be asked to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using BlueFlow and, if you have a subscription, cancel it through the store before the change takes effect.

32. General

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remain in full force.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and no waiver is effective unless in writing.

You may not assign or transfer these terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, an acquisition, or a sale of assets, on notice to you.

Except as stated in section 29, nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about BlueFlow, and replace anything said or written before.

These terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience, and the English version governs to the extent the law permits.
